Fluid-o-Tech s.r.l. which maintains and manages the Web site www.fluidotech.it and www.fluidotech.com and the related language versions (hereinafter the Site), intends to describe the management of the personal data processing of the site users accurately and provide further information in accordance with art. 13 of Legislative Decree June 30, 2003, n. 196 ( "Privacy Code").
The information is not valid for other sites which may be visited using the links in the site, of which Fluid-o-Tech Srl is in no way responsible.
The site provides its users with information on the Fluid-o-Tech products. This information is also generalised for treatment on business relations between Fluid-o-Tech and their customers / suppliers

Type of processed data and methods of treatment 
Personal data entered for requesting information is captured and stored in the storage media server and is protected by authentication systems. Access to such data is based on the use of authentication credentials.
In such cases, the assignment of personal data is necessary to achieve the requested information and the business relations regarding the issue of packing lists and invoices. Failure to assignment involves the impossibility of obtaining the requested information.
The optional, explicit and voluntary e-mail to the addresses indicated on this site implies implicitly the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
Fluid-o-Tech Srl recommends that users not send in their information requests, the names or other personal data of third parties that are not strictly necessary.

Methods of treatment
Personal data is processed exclusively by those authorized with automated tools and for the time needed to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. In order to prevent loss of data, as well as abuse or incorrectly use, specific security measures are implemented to ensure confidentiality and to avoid undue access by third parties or unauthorized personnel, in accordance with the legal obligations.
Place and purpose of data processing
Treatments related to the services offered by this site are carried out at the headquarters of the treatment owner and external manager and are treated only by employees or collaborators, in charge of it. For the purposes outlined above, collected data can not be disclosed to outsiders, except for the possible acquisition of data requested by the court or the judicial police relatively to the prevention and detection of crimes and in compliance with rules of law.

Users rights

They also have the right to request the cancellation, the transformation into an anonymous form or the block of processed data treated in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to its treatment.
